Return & Refund Policy

At VRSimSolutions, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the conditions below.

Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be complete and in its original condition.
The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
The item must not show signs of excessive use, damage, or modification beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:

Custom-made or made-to-order products.
Personalized products.
Products manufactured specifically to customer specifications.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as VRSimSolutions cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Original standard shipping charges will be refunded only where required by applicable consumer law.

If the returned item is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, VRSimSolutions reserves the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
